"I made the mistake of book a surgery there"

About: Blackheath Hospital

I thought because it is a small hospital it will be better.. I saw a Specialist Dr privately, I went for a consultation and the Dr was great. Then I came back to see the Dr thought the NHS... who was another person. The Dr didn't have my history so we have to start again... I book a surgery, the first time, the Dr didn't do the surgery because I did not take all the medicine I was suppose to to.. ok that's fine. The Dr never told me about one of them, never mind. I book the surgery for another day... it's been 6 hours with no one telling me anything... asked 3 or 4 times... nothing .. I know they probably see most of private patients here.. so NHS patients are nothing.. I understand another procedure could be longer... but at least keep inform the other patients.
