"still waiting for my lubar spine brace after six..."

Hi I went for my first fitting just before xmas 2014 it is now 31 April and I can't get through to surgical orthotics department. I really need my brace, to stop any more damage to my spine. I just keep getting folded it's cuz the accounts department haven't paid the bill, so there has been a hold up. I am very unhappy plus worried for other people like young children who go there for special shoe due to club feet. Very cross they are messing with people's lives!!!

Dear Patient Thank you for raising your concerns regarding your experience. Our sincere apologies that you have not received your brace in a timely manner. We always strive to provide our orthotic equipment in the appropriate timeframe for our patients. Please could you call the Orthotics department direct on 01895 279372 if you are still waiting for your brace so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
