"Thank you Cheltenham General"

I visited Cheltenham a and e on Tuesday following a black out and subsequent fall. Within seconds members of the public helped me a staff member of a nearby shop brought a chair and a drink .A friend collected me and then took me to Cheltenham A and E where within 10 minutes I was seen examined and taken to cubicles where numerous tests and exrays were ordered. I had refreshments and all the staff involved we so kind and friendly ,nothing was too much trouble . I had excellent care 18 months ago at this hospital when I had both hips replaced. Thank you national health ,I can't understand why so many people complain.
