What I liked
No hospital visit involves any joy. As a family we have nothing but praise for all the nursing staff who were a pleasure to deal with and gave us no reason to doubt the care being administerd. Unlike our previous experiences at East Surrey which were horrendous to say the least in a general ward.
Well done .. certainly a benchmark for all other hospitals in the region to follow regardless of size!! Thank you for exceptional care, hygiene and attention .. the staff there are an asset to us and my faith in modern day care is restored :o)
