Having had a very unpleasant experience with a similar procedure at Bolton hospital, I was expecting the same at the Beaumont. I couldn't have been more wrong. All the staff were very professional and the consultant was charming. OK - I had a bit of a wait, but the surroundings were comfortable, so it took the edge off the nerves. I never once felt as though I was being treated any differently because I was NHS. Thank you.
