Congratulations on a first class service. Although the department was extremely busy, my wife received excellent treatment from the minute we arrived. The reception and nursing staff were friendly and helpful, and kept us informed of all aspects of her treatment and the waiting times. The consultant was also very helpful and took his time explaining my wife's condition and the best treatment options. All in all it was a very good experience.
