"Drop in centre treatment for suspected fracture to..."

About: Caterham Dene Hospital

visited in April, I can not fault the reception team, facilities and care from nursing staff. however the Radiography department fell short in taking an x ray on my foot, despite advising I had a similar issue 3 years ago I was limited to an improvised weight bearing x rAy that showed no fracture - nearly 2 weeks later and much limping later BUPA have confirmed a fracture. great facility but please ensure we resource sufficiently to ensure correct equipment and diagnosis.

Dear N Virley,

We greatly appreciate your feedback and am sorry to hear that you fractured your foot. If you would like me to look into your case do please get in touch with me at cathy.white@sash.nhs.uk. In the meantime I will make sure that your praise is passed onto our staff in our emergency department.

Kind regards,

Cathy White
