What I liked
Kind, caring and considerate staff who treated me as an individual and made the entire experience (two colposcopy examinations and subsequent LLETZ treatment) as pleasant as possible. I'm very grateful as a horrendous experience 20 years earlier in another hospital had left me very apprehensive about ever having to have something similar done again.
