"What a farce, just dont go there!"

After experiencing a relative being rushed here with bad facial injuries after a bad fall, couldnt fault A&E nurses, HCA, , tho we did spend 7 hours waiting. The relative was admitted by a ENT doctor, who appeared to not have a clue what to do in the cubicle to stitch up a very deep internal and external cut to the face, they kept tutting and disappearing, once on gate 32, we were phoned to say our relative was distressed. When we got there our relative was distressed saying her named nurse had been horrible to her and didnt want to help her. When we got to the nurses station the said nurse was on the computer, what i found strange was, they knew who we were and who we had come to see and why, but not once did they turn around and not once whilst we were there did they come into the room and explain why our relative was distressed, or at least give their version! I thought that was disgusting! I only hope i dont ever have the misfortune of being admitted into this place, i would rather suffer!
