I need a hysterectomy on 8 January this year. After surgery I was admitted to elsdon ward. One particularly nurse was fantastic. I can't speak more highly of them. They stayed through the night with me long after they were suppose to go off shift. They all were nice. Same can not be said for the food. I have been a frequent flyer to basildon hospital because of asthma . The food I would say has got worse, even since my previous addition last November. I ended up having relatives bring me in food.
