"GP X-ray referral"

I visit the X-ray department yesterday and was very impressed. Thank you to all staff involved. The Receptionist was efficient, friendly and professional. I settled in the waiting area to read a book as it appeared that a 45 minute wait would be involved. To my surprise within a very few minutes I was called through to x-ray where the procedure was carried out by a charming lady Radiographer who put me at ease, answered my questions and was very careful with my painful hands as they placed them in position. Altogether an experience I was not expecting having been bombarded with the many negative reports about the hospital and its departments.
