Anything else?
My dentist saw me on January the 20th 2009. As I am on Warfarin and have heart problems she reccomended that I have 2 back teeth removed at the Kent and Canterbury hospital.
I received an appointment on the 26th of May which I attended. I was xrayed and the Doctor confirmed the teeth had to be removed. I was told to expecrt a letter. This came with the appointment date the 6th of January 2010! A year after the initial dental appointment. I feel that this is a very poor service and I am sending a hard copy of my complaint to the Chief executive and our local MP.
I have found the Kent and Canterbury brilliant if it is an emergency but the time scale for minor procedures can be horrendous.
