About: Western Isles Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

Admitted to Western Isles Hospital, Stornoway, on two occasions recently.

Must commend staff for their efficiency and professionalism with courteous attention and care given to patients in a pleasant manner even in trying and sometimes frustrating circumstances. I must commend staff in all capacities for their attention to duties from domestics through to Consultant; for the excellent quality of food and cooking; and every aspect of treatment given.

People are so often ready to criticise and find fault which in my view is quite unjustifiable.

Please convey my appreciation and gratitude to all staff in Medical Ward 2.
