About: Ipswich Hospital

Very disappointed with the service I received by one of the staff at the desk in the fracture clinic. When u asked where to go, they said look at your ticket! Then as my son was in a lot of pain on the way out I asked if I could pick him up at the door and was told they had to answer the phone. Then seemed more interested in getting chocolates out of a bag! Really not impressed
