What I liked

I was treated by nurses who genuinly wanted to be there and who really gave the impression that they enjoyed nursing. Having recently spent two months visiting a close relative at the William Harvey hospital where the standard of care and nursing was none existant and was staffed by nurses who did little if any actual nursing.

Compared to what I experienced yesterday at the Kent and Canterbury which was first class service by first class staff, I can't thank them enough.

Keep up the good work, you have restored my faith in the NHS.
