"top marks for minor injury unit"

I had to visit the MIU for a bad sprain, suspected break to my hand/thumb. It was my first visit to Robert Peel and the service i received was by far the best i have ever received at a hospital. The staff were all very friendly and professional especially the lady at reception who especially deserves a mention. I wish the service here could be replicated throughout the NHS as i have had a few bad experiences in the past. Credit where its due, top marks all round, and a big thanks from a very satisfied customer.
