"Day surgery unit"

I went in for day surgery and was extremely well treated. The staff were wonderful, from the receptionist who booked me in to the consultant I saw. Despite being obviously overworked they were respectful and friendly at all times. The only bad points I would say we're the fact that I was in for 12pm and wasn't taken down to surgery until after 5.30pm although I understand this couldn't really be helped. Also not to do with myself but while I was waiting a physio treated some ladies who were waiting for operations rather rudely while they were supposed to be showing them how to use crutches. Like I say, not to do with myself but I felt the ladies deserved better. Overall a positive experience
