Having previously made a complaint regarding the failure of the Audiologist Service to listen and respond to my requests, I now have the pleasure of reversing my opinion. Yesterday I was given an audio test and subsequent information and equipment that has meant I can now hear and participate in conversations I was unable to do before. The person testing and giving information listened and reacted to my requests in a positive way. I can now honestly say that I have confidence in the people and the service offered by the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Thank you.
