"Empress unit"

After many visits to the empress unit I must write to say how good the staff are and how helpful and caring the breast care team were! The only downfall was the txt service which when i received a reminder txt it was always a different time to the appointment time in my letter. After being told to then ignore the txts I wonder if there's much point in the service if it's wrong anyway. Other than that I can't complain.
