What I liked
I went to the A & E Department this morning and was treated exceptionaly well, I have nothing but the greatest regard for all the members of staff with whom I had dealings especially the Nurse Practioner Lynn who dealt with my injury.
What could be improved
Everything was first class as far as I was concerned.
Anything else?
Normally don't write anything, but felt that my treatment was so outstandingly good I wanted to thank them for being so sympathetic and caring. After all the bad press one hears it was wonderful to receive such first class care. Just keep up the good work.
