"Memory Assessment Service for Mansfield and Ashfield"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Attended the Memory Assessment Service at the Ashfield Community Hospital.

I could not find a single thing to improve about this service.

Lynn's friendly face each time. Every one was pleasant, talk nicely to you and I felt they genuinely cared about me. They listened to everything I said and it put my mind at rest It has been wonderful.

I have just one word for this service "FABULOUS".
