"Excellent patient experience in Blood test..."

I attended the blood test department on 27th April and whilst there an elderly lady came and sat down to wait her turn, she was in a lot of pain trying to get seated and called out, the response from staff was amazing with the Manager coming out of a room to see what was happening and provide assistance. We hear so many bad things about the NHS but the care of staff to patients within this area, in particular the Managers response was fantastic to see. Well done!
