"Excellent Service"

EMG appointment. I was well greeted and dealt with efficiently upon arrival. I was seen on time. My Highly Specialised Clinical Physiologist was excellent. They explained carefully what would happen at each stage and I felt comfortable with what would be happening. They explained "why" they were doing things also which helps a lot in understanding. I was able to ask questions and the Physiologist was willing and able to give me answers. They were polite and very effective in what they did. I felt in safe in hands throughout. First class!
