What I liked
I had a baby in Jan 09 the mideife and birthing section was clean and the staff was very friendly. Once I was transferred to the ward the nurse was rude and when I rang the buzzer to ask where the milk was I was told she was too busy to dircet me and the buzzer should be used for emrgencies only. I explained to her that I had gone to recption to ask but there was no-one there. I also found the toilets in the hospital totally unacceptable
