An administration/communication mix-up meant I had a problem today. The Outpatients Manager really went out of their way to sort the issue even though it was nothing to do with them. As I was distressed, they devoted almost an hour to investigating the issue and finding a solution: I can't thank them enough. This was amazing service! Thank you.
