What could be improved
The receptionist was rude in front of all the other patients and although the clinic was running an hour late, i wasn't seen till just over 2 hours later. A patient arrived who was extremely dirty and unkept, but because he had an odor, he was immediately pushed to the front of the queue. So if you want to be seen quickly, don't bath or wash.
