"Thank you"

I'd been in pain for weeks having been told by the GP to wait for things to settle down , I rang urgent care and was told to come straight in , from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect and care , being new to the UK from New Zealand I was in sure how things worked I was x rayed by a lovely radiographer and sent back to reception to wait , the staff at the front desk explained how things worked and I was seen soon after by a lovely nurse . I came away with pain relief and clear instructions on how to move forward and treat my.injury . All the staff were lovely and if I could I'd send them a big bunch of flowers to say thank you .
