"worst hospital I found so far"

been in this hospital twice and I will positively avoid it in the future. I am having a problem with limb following an old injury. The first time I had appointment with surgeon, I arrived on time, surgeon wasn't there and I saw an associate which didn't seem to care much as they said about my injury 'we don't normally look into that' without giving reasons why and advised to speak again to main surgeon. So one day was wasted. Rebooked appointment , went there again and again I arrived earlier, yet I had to wait 2 hours and was the last one to leave. Main surgeon didn't seem to care much either, these people seem to think that unless you are already bleeding or dying, your problems are trivial. The conversations with both people felt rushed, it was more like a context at who finishes their sentence faster. The surgeon discharged me without making it clear and referred me to the physiotherapist in same hospital. Went there right away and what do I see? There was no one at reception, except with 'close for lunch break' paper! I could not believe it! I returned to the orthopaedic unit and told the reception there and after I told them they themselves were shaking their heads and apologized and said they would take the referral and pass it along on my behalf. The reception at orthopaedic seemed to be the only 3 people who did their job properly. And here is the grand finale: I sent 2 complaints to this hospital in past few months for unrelated issues. My first complaint was never replied to, and for the second one I got a call from the person I complained about and the issue was resolved, however PALS for this hospital never replied to the latter complaint. In this hospital, you just don't get replies to your complaints as you do elsewhere. I will steer clear from now on!
