(as a relative),

Sadly after 2 years of coping with Pulmonary Fibrosis my my dad passed away on ward 403 at the Royal Derby on Saturday.

The treatment he received appeared exemplary and the compassion we received was incredible and I would highly recommend the ward and thank them for making a most difficult time bearable.
