(as a parent/guardian),

I found the staff at the princess royal in Huddersfield to be amazing starting with the receptionist who was extremely supportive and reassuring on the phone.

My daughter and I then saw a nurse who was fantastic and explained about the procedure to myself and daughter who was also very impressed with the service, she was also very reassuring and supportive and had a great sense of humour that made us both feel at ease which is just what you need with these situations.

Overall fantastic service and will be recommending to my friends with there teenage daughters.

What was so lovely about your post was the fact we provided great service right from your first contact with our reception through to care from our highly experienced nurses.
