About: Scunthorpe General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

It was on the 5th April, Easter Saturday, I needed to attend A &E as I had a fall which resulted in me sustaining a deep cut above my left eye.

Within in 30 mins of attending A&E my wound was assessed & I was given pain killers. Then within 20 mins I was called in for treatment which entailed me to have a tetanus injection and 6 stitches.

So within an hour I was seen and treated.

Now you can't wish for anything better than that. The staff were wonderful, caring & concerned, so thank you very much
