"still no further forward"

About: Kettering General Hospital

after having problem regarding ligament damage in both knees I was referred to undergo a scan which came through after 2 months and then an appointment 6 weeks later at the clinic. I was told I'd need to see a different specialist due to the severity of my problems but was assured by the consultant "they will get it sorted quickly" a year on and absolutely no contact!! Mobility is restricted numerous phone calls to a constantly engaged frank Radcliffe clinic even my own doctor has no answers! Shocking treatment

I am very sorry to hear you have had no contact over the past year and have been unable to get in contact with the Frank Radcliffe Clinic. Unfortunately the Frank Radcliffe Clinic is a very busy department with a large daily volume of patients ringing. I can assure you that we are looking into ways of answering all these calls. We need further details from you to be able to look into your specialist referral. Please can you contact our Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) 01536 493306 who will be able to investigate this for you. Tina Robinson Frank Radcliffe Matron
