What I liked

I was expecting twins and therefore aware that there may at any time have been unexpected complications. From the very beginning the staff were incredibly caring, understanding, professional, skilled and patient. They made sure I was adequately informed and involved me in all aspects of decision-making and care. I can't recommend the hospital highly enough.

What could be improved

The wards are old, shabby and do not offer much privacy. I realise however that a new hospital is being built which will hopefully address this problem.
