My son is undergoing care at the dental institute, I can not thank the staff enough for the care he receives but it is impossible to get through. I appreciate that everyone is very busy and the phone maybe missed from time to time but its no where near exceptable at the moment. I have tried 4 times this morning and because each time i've been on hold for over ten min, it eventually cuts me off. I dont know why i'm leaving this feedback because I know nothing will be done about it. I can see all the previous comments about the phone service but nothing gets done. Its just not good enough.
