"phone service needs immediate attention!!!"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

My son is undergoing care at the dental institute, I can not thank the staff enough for the care he receives but it is impossible to get through. I appreciate that everyone is very busy and the phone maybe missed from time to time but its no where near exceptable at the moment. I have tried 4 times this morning and because each time i've been on hold for over ten min, it eventually cuts me off. I dont know why i'm leaving this feedback because I know nothing will be done about it. I can see all the previous comments about the phone service but nothing gets done. Its just not good enough.

I am sorry to read of the problems you have encountered regarding the telephone systems at Leeds Dental Institute, We are aware of an ongoing problem with this service and this has been brought to the relevant management’s attention for them to take action.
