"Thorough and Efficient"

I went to the Hospital suffering from chronic gastritis with severe pain. I was seen very quickly and given a thorough examination to rule out any more serious issues. I felt the nurses and the doctor listened to me and also took the time to explain in detail their diagnosis. I also witnessed the interaction of other staff with patients and again observed the same level of clear and open communication. I felt confident and reassured following my assessment and I am grateful to the professionalism and working ethics of the staff. Thank you.
