"Terrible communications"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I have rang around various departments at WH hospital, just trying to cancel an appointment, I have been passed from pillar to post, 9 phone calls I have made, at one time being to to phone Margate Hospital? All in all a very shabby treatment of a patient. Please sort this out! It's just not good enough, I feel more stress now than over my condition. To top the lot I last rang WH on 01233633331 ex 86073 as I was told to do, and surprise surprise no such ex! I give up! I had to write I don't know which department as I was sent all over the place on the phone.
