"My fathers cataract operation"

My sister and I took our 93 year old father to Circle Reading on Saturday 25th April for his 2nd cataract operation. Because of his (and our mothers) great ages we are well versed in a great many hospitals both NHS and private. I can honestly say this hospital offered exceptional service which far exceeded our expectations. From the receptionist who couldn't have been more helpful, the ward staff who couldn't do enough for us to the wonderfully talented surgeon who has now operated on both my fathers eyes. The care and attention given to my father by all concerned was fantastic and their secretary has that unique skill of making people feel very special rather than just a number. Our thanks to everyone involved who took time to make this whole experience very bearable and stress free - no easy feat!
