"I was taken by hospital by ambulance with a broken..."

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

After arriving in A&E at 9pm the paramedics said they had signed me in. The waiting room was quiet yet I sat and sat with no treatment. At 1am someone came to ask if I was waiting for someone and that I hadn't been signed in. So I was then taken for an X-ray showing a broken shoulder. By this time it was 2 am I had waited 5 hours in agony with no pain relief and once finished due to the wait and time of night I had to pay £50 for a taxi home still having no pain relief. A very expensive trip. Terrible communication.
