Had stitches almost a week ago, unannounced so wait was expected and a good job was done, having been asked to return and given a specific time I was expecting to come in be seen and carry on my day. Instead I have now been sat here 2 hours and still haven't been seen, fair enough people are busy but don't give a time that can't be provided
