Generally we are given very good service by Neil Clemenson at th psychiatry dept in Tolworth Hospital. We neveer have to wait more than 5 minutes and he listens to us with genuine interest and empathy. He is very calm, knowledgeable and down to earth, which is Heart warming.
This has been the same over the past few years of meeting with him.
The admin staff are also very helpful, efficient and friendly.
