This story has been posted by Healthwatch Tameside on behalf of a member of the public. We have their details and will forward any comments to them. They said…

1) Arriving at Stepping Hill Hospital at an overfull clinic, there was no-one available to give feedback on waiting times. A two hour wait, nothing resolved.

2) On a previous Tameside Hospital visit 2 years ago (mobile unit) I was told I would be sent for further treatment. Still waiting! ! Took action last year regarding treatment myself.
