About: New Cross Hospital

Two night staff went through my mothers personal belongings without explaining why, she had not given permission especially her handbag. After a recent operation my mother explained to staff she wasn't allowed on her side which they ignored. Sometimes hard to get hold of staff when wanting to be put to bed as they were no buzzers.
