About: Mount Vernon Hospital Site

Went to minor injury dept this morning (26/04) with partner as he broke finger in sport. Found reception very polite and friendly to all patients and people in waiting area. Was very engaging. When seen by the nurse, found them very friendly and approachable. Also thank to the nurse who tried to straighten his finger. The nursing team on this visit we found so helpful and willing to look after everyone. Very clear in what they are doing and what the treatment plan was. It was our first time to this dept and overall could not fault it. Staff should be proud of the service they provide.
