"The reception area was well kept ..."

What I liked

The reception area was well kept and modern much like a airport or similar rather than the usual tired dark and dingy hospital waiting areas. Staff were great and the whole operation was handled well. I cannot thank the medical team enough for their work in repairing my damaged disc's an operation that I was told at Worthing General was not possible.

What could be improved

Give the key staff more support. They are working flat out trying to keep ahead of the work load. I fear if they leave so many more folk will suffer.
