After waiting over an hour and a half for a scan I was then referred to the mui. I was treated by a midwife on the night shift who was absolutely amazing. I was in there for 5 hours and they always kept me updated as to progress and made me feel at total ease. I have not always received the best care at medway so wanted to leave a positive review about a really wonderful member of staff.
