"hospitals should not be reviewed there not..."

I don't think hospitals should be reviewed by patients, they are not restaurants, they should by NHS staff who have been training to do such things and records should be keep on patient outcomes, but having said that I going to leave a review as it's the system we have till we take the market out of the NHS. I received excellent care in the cardiac unit when I had 3 stents fitted, so much so I want back and gave them a box of chocolates and a card.
