About: Good Hope Hospital

Was very nervous to visit the gynaecological unit tdo a y for a hysteroscopy procedure. however I can only say that when in the unit I was looked after by a very reassuring, caring and approachable group of women who did their best to make this uncomfortable procedure less scary. They explained everything and reassured and helped me through out and I am very grateful for their professionalism, friendliness and their care. Thank you . Jill hayward

A positive patient experience is everything as a trust we are always striving to achieve.

I am so pleased to read that the staff were professional, friendly and reassuring to you and I sincerely hope you are recovering well at home from the procedure.

I will ensure that Katy Hogan General Manager for Womens Services and Miss Katherine Barber, Clinical Director for Womens Services are made aware of your feedback so that they can ensure it is communicated to all of the Gynaecology Team.
