Having sustained a severe laceration following a fall in my garden, my daughter (heavily pregnant) dashed me to A&E for treatment. Despite initially entering through the wrong door, from the moment I sought help to the moment I left, I was treated with exceptional efficiency and professionalism by every member of staff I encountered. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the details on the name badges so that I could be more specific, suffice to say that the impression created was of an efficient and well motivated team without exception. The demeanour was uniformly cheerful - which permeated to me a confidence and sureness inthe treatment I was to receive. I could not be more impressed. I do hope the politicians provide the support necessary to maintain such a high level of care. Many thanks. Steve Peak
