"Excellent hospital"

I visited the hospital regularly over a number of months for treatment on my bladder. All staff were so caring and friendly, they tried to fit a regular time that fitted around my work, even when it meant them starting first thing. Despite it being a fairly unpleasant treatment, they made me feel at ease every time, showing compassion and understanding. I have visited a number of hospitals over the last year and they provided the best service by far. I'm very appreciative and thankful for the time they spent, not only helping be get better and feel relaxed about my treatment but also feeling like a person and not just another patient.
