"Care for the elderly"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

My grandmother was admitted to Russell's hall recently. On arrival she was very poorly and we were told to expect the worst. The carers, nurses and doctors at EAU were so kind and caring, they managed to stabilise her and she was transferred to ward A3. The team on A3 provided the best quality care and their compassion and support both for my Grandmother and our family was second to none. Although my grandmother lost her battle, every effort was made to save her and then keep her as comfortable as possible. Thank goodness she was taken to this hospital. Russell's hall is proof of what a wonderful institution the NHS is. Thank you

It is reassuring to know that we were able to make sure your grandmother was as comfortable as possible and provide her with the support she needed during her final days.
